Call For A Fair Tax System

The latest Online Opinion column is now up. Towards a Fair Taxation System looks at the fall out from the Liberal Democrats tentative suggestion of replacing the Council Tax with an income tax, the difference between fair and regressive tax, and makes some basic suggestions as to why we will not see such a system appear in the near future.
